Darko Masnec

Darko Masnec (1985. Celje) 2009. godine diplomirao je na Pedagoškom fakultetu u Mariboru, smjer Likovna umjetnost, a 2012. godine je na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu završio MA studij animirani film na Odsjeku za animirani film i nove medije, te 2017. godine doktorirao temom "Zagrebačka škola crtanog filma - umjetničke i tržišne prakse u kontekstu videoigara".

Trenutno radi kao docent na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Autor je višestruko nagrađivanog animiranog filma „Ja već znam što čujem“, radio je kao animator na više kratkih filmskih projekata, objavio nekoliko članaka i predavanja na temu animacije i videoigara. U galerijskom kontekstu najviše se bavi konceptualnim umjetničkim praksama.
